Yes. Accommodation can be included as part of an event or incentive programme. We can source and manage hotel bookings directly through our network of industry contacts. We have great relationships with local hotels meaning you can benefit from preferential rates, high-touch service, and exclusivity.
We source and manage all hotel bookings directly with the property. Property types can range from luxury resort hotels to private castles to boutique and off-the-beaten path hotels.
Transport can form part of a wider programme and event management service. We can arrange airport transfers with personal meet and greet service, executive coaches, private vehicles, rail travel, and all ground transportation in the UK.

To create a tailored proposal, it is helpful to understand the group’s objectives, preferred dates, budget, number of delegates, accommodation requirements, activity preferences, and any ‘must haves’. We are happy to help in forming a bespoke programme if you haven’t decided what destination or activities you would like to include.
Cancellation terms vary depending on the services booked and supplier conditions. Full details will be provided as part of the proposal and booking process.
Scotland is a versatile year-round destination. The Highlands are truly spectacular in the summer as flora and fauna burst into life. Edinburgh was made for Autumn, as the leaves change, the colours suit the city’s dark academia vibe. Winter in Scotland is truly memorable, especially for keen winter sports fans, or those who love to cosy up to a fireplace with a whisky in hand! Spring brings lambs, baby Highland Coos, cherry blossoms, and the beautiful green landscapes we’re known for.
If you’re just looking at one destination, such as Edinburgh or Glasgow, we’d recommend around 3 days. To explore our cities and either the gorgeous Highlands, Loch Lomond, or the Hebrides, we’d recommend around 7 days. For a multi-stop programme across the country, we’d recommend up to 10 days.
